葡萄酒要注意那些误区?

误区1:陈酿酒是好葡萄酒:一些过分迷恋葡萄酒陈年因素的人士被圈内人称之为葡萄酒“啃老族”,是因为他们总认为经过橡木桶陈酿后的葡萄酒一定是品质的好酒,其实不然。类似博若莱新酒这样的葡萄酒就不需要也不能陈酿,而应该趁着新鲜的时候饮用。此外,澳大利亚、新西兰、智利等所出产的葡萄酒也不乏高品质者,在“年轻”时饮用更好,一经陈酿后品质反而降低。

误区5:款就是好葡萄酒:不少葡萄酒爱好者买酒时,习惯询问哪些酒款是知名葡萄酒大师的酒款。对此,从留法归来的侍酒师张女士认为,国外葡萄酒大师们的口感与人有所区别,他们打分较高的红酒中,有的丹宁过于浓厚,未必适合国人的口味。
