晃动,不管是有意还是无意的,都会影响到葡萄酒的外观和口感。葡萄酒是多种有机成分的复杂组合,是一种不断变化的物质。晃动会使其中的各种成分分离,严重时还会导致葡萄酒进入“休克”状态。不过,你并不用太担心,通常在商店购买了葡萄酒之后,回家路上的颠簸并不能对葡萄酒产生太大的影响,你只需要把酒静置一段时间后再喝就可以了。
